We started Jack Russell to revive email marketing and offer a new solution to the market in response to decreasing open and click-through rates.

The agency’s co-founders, Eric AZARA and Frédéric GOUBET, founded Jack Russell based on the firm belief that email is a stand-alone communication tool that is currently highly undervalued. Jack Russell's sole mission is to prove that email is the key to a lasting relationship between a brand and its clients, as much on a strategic level as an operational level.

To achieve its mission, Jack Russell is divided into three parts:

ONE PART AGENCY

Campaign design that approaches email marketing from all angles: The team is composed of about two dozen people who design emails, manage content creation and strategy, as well as creating and organizing campaigns.

ONE PART MEDIA-STUDY

The development of tools to determine how well emails are performing with utmost precision :

- The email barometer by Médiamétrie/Jack Russell analyzes the general public's email viewing habits and expectations. It's the first tool created to analyze email performance among the general public.

- The analysis matrix dissects and evaluates the impact promotional offers have on consumers of various brands.

Analytical email campaign measures created by the competition: The Jack Russell email benchmark platform gives brands the opportunity to subscribe to a qualitative analysis of email campaigns in the activity sector of their choosing.
